We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operator to join our team at Sinclair, a global medical aesthetics organization. As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting the production of our products on site and all other production-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and manage raw materials in the production area
• Produce cross-linked hyaluronic acid gels (Perfectha, Perfectha Lidocaine, etc.)
• Clean and maintain the clean room and equipment
• Ensure adherence to clean room protocols, including dressing, hand washing, and health and hygiene practices
• Participate in environmental control in controlled atmosphere areas (bacteriological sampling and monitoring, etc.)
• Complete and check batch records and cleanroom records
• Assist in qualification and validation activities for production areas, equipment, and processes under the supervision of the Quality Manager
• Draft and check validation protocols and reports for equipment and processes; forward to the Quality Assurance department for approval
• Perform maintenance, servicing, metrology, and control activities for production areas, equipment, and processes; maintain the list of site installations and report to the Quality Manager and Finance and Production Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment
• Desirable: at least 1 year's experience in the field of injectable products
