Deputy Production Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily production activities, including order fulfillment, raw material management, and packaging operations.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure optimal machine performance and conduct regular calibration checks.
  • Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement, contributing to increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support to production team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an industrial production environment, preferably within the food processing sector.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and industry best practices.
