Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Spa Manager in the planning and execution of spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Welcome and orient guests to the spa, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the spa team to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of spa marketing initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a spa management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, including customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
