AXA IM Prime is the private assets one-stop platform of AXA IM, offering investments across private equity, infrastructure equity, private debt, and hedge funds. We provide diversified sources of private market returns through primaries, secondaries, co-investments, as well as NAV financing and GP minority stakes solutions.

Join Our Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support the GP Stake Investments team and contribute to building and executing the investment strategy to get exposure to minority stakes of GPs / Private Markets Asset Managers through various routes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, economics, or a related field, with previous experience in M&A investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the investment team in various aspects of the investment process
  • Drafting of monthly newsletter related to GP Stake activity dedicated to AXA IM Prime
  • Carry out financial and strategic analyses as well as financial modelling of potential investment opportunities
  • Conduct research on key themes in line with our investment strategy
Requirements
  • Masters or advanced degree in Finance / Economics
  • Previous experience in M&A Investment banking, Private Equity or Management Consulting
  • Aptitude to quickly get familiar and iterate on valuation models and research/company data
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (essential), Powerpoint and Word
