Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Analyst to join our Sustainability Business in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will partner with leading European experts and professional consultants to provide high-impact financial support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial monitoring activities related to sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to leverage advanced financial and data management skills
  • Track contracting and on-boarding backlog with commercial ops
  • Monthly revenue recognition monitoring using finance and CRM systems
  • Support creation of materials for Monthly Business Reviews
  • Coordinate monthly validations by sales and revenue leaders ahead of Monthly Business Reviews
  • Sales Incentives Financial Monitoring
  • Finance Transformations, Digitization, and Automation
Requirements
  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent
  • Proven track record in business controlling and partnering roles
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong data management capabilities
  • Fluency in English language
