POSITION: TECHNICIAN FOR SOCIAL AND FAMILY INTERVENTION (M/F)
Contract Type: Permanent or Temporary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and execute personalized intervention plans
- Facilitate the social integration and independence of clients through customized support (daily living, parenting, civic engagement)
- Provide information, guidance, and assistance to clients in navigating their rights, personal goals, and community inclusion
- Engage in the development and execution of community initiatives while mediating between various parties (clients, community groups, organizations, etc.)
- Collaborate with other professionals and foster partnership activities
- Prepare professional documentation as required
- Possession of a State Diploma for Social and Family Intervention Technician (DETISF)
- Open to both experienced candidates and newcomers based on the role
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, independence, organizational abilities, discretion, analytical skills, and teamwork
- Valid driver's license is mandatory
- Contract type: Permanent or Temporary
- Compensation aligned with the collective agreement for home assistance, support, care, and service sectors
