About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team at one of our client sites in the region. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on a variety of surfaces, working closely with our clients to meet their specific needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspections of surfaces to be painted, ensuring they are properly prepared for coating
• Prepare and mix paint according to specifications, ensuring accurate color and consistency
• Apply paint to surfaces, adhering to established standards and guidelines
• Perform quality control checks on finished surfaces, identifying and addressing any defects or issues
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective workflow
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or in a related field
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, and bending
