As a genuine development partner, Sederma helps shape the cosmetic successes of tomorrow. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to projects that develop innovative cosmetic active ingredients.

About the Role:

  • Manage cross-disciplinary product development/innovation projects (R&D, regulatory, CSR, commercial, toxicology, intellectual property, etc.)
  • Participate in product development with cross-country teams (France, Korea, China, USA, etc.)
  • Assist in designing strategic long-term marketing plans based on market trends and scientific advances
  • Prepare marketing briefs for R&D and innovative sales pitches
  • Design sales materials (presentations, fact sheets, brochures, etc.) and support external communication (digital, press, events)
  • Train local and international sales teams
  • Monitor related scientific publications, market, and competition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in skin biology, biology, or pharmacy
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in developing actives, biology laboratory, and/or marketing
  • Cosmetic sensibility and strong knowledge of the market
  • Good project management skills, strong communication skills, and ability to highlight results
  • Curious, thrive in design thinking, have good interpersonal skills, and a strong team spirit

Estimated Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per year
