Your Impact

We're seeking a visionary Creative Director - Performance & Engagement Marketing to join our in-house creative agency. This hybrid role requires two days on-site per week and will play a pivotal role in elevating Back Market's mission-driven brand globally.

As the inaugural member of our Performance & Engagement Marketing team, you'll be instrumental in shaping its growth, collaborating closely with an international team and reporting directly to the Executive Creative Director.

Your Mission:

  • Develop and execute compelling creative strategies that drive performance across all marketing channels.
  • Lead a team of talented designers, copywriters, and strategists to produce high-impact content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment on brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends in performance marketing and creative storytelling.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

About You:

You are a passionate and experienced creative leader with a proven track record of success in the performance marketing space. You possess a deep understanding of consumer behavior and a knack for crafting engaging content that drives results.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly collaborative, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
