About Us:You will become a vital member of the GTO Cab and Chassis team, where trust, curiosity, and performance are foundational values.
Our team is composed of highly motivated and skilled professionals based in France. Our objective is to ensure and co-develop product-process solutions for the assembly plant products.
This co-development will occur in close collaboration with colleagues from Production Sites, as well as Product Development, and will be shared with your counterparts in GTO across various locations. The opportunities for collaboration are extensive.
We are dedicated to enhancing the quality, efficiency, and flexibility of our deliveries. We also aim to refine our manufacturing processes. Our responsibilities include developing and supporting the growth of competencies needed for the future. Thus, our focus encompasses both existing products and processes. Key areas of priority include Industry 4.0 and the new electronic architecture associated with Electromobility, Connectivity, and TEA2+ (T2;T3).

If so, your role will involve co-developing, verifying, and approving all product modifications related to the Powertrain installation for Heavy Duty Renault products.
Additionally, you will provide support to the plant for GTO in conjunction with Group Trucks Technology.
As a member of this team, you will apply your engineering expertise throughout various phases: functional specification, design, development, validation, and industrialization prior to the implementation of these deliverables on the production line.
Specific responsibilities may include troubleshooting and investigating product modifications, as your development efforts will run concurrently with planned product changes outlined in the product roadmap.
You will be expected to work with Agile methodologies and engineering standards to maintain efficiency, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and reliability of our products.

You are enjoyable to collaborate with and are eager to explore new technologies in trucks and tools within Manufacturing Engineering, continuously advancing your skills.

- Master's degree in engineering (mechanical engineering or equivalent)
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, either prior to or following graduation.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Familiarity with AGILE methodologies.
- Product knowledge and skills in virtual manufacturing.
- A comprehensive understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
