Position Title:
Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify critical quality attributes
  • Develop and implement quality surveillance strategies
  • Oversee dimensional assessments and functional evaluations
  • Specify and validate inspection instruments
  • Generate initial sample documentation
  • Lead root cause analysis for detected quality concerns
  • Facilitate process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Collaborate with clients on tailored quality strategies
  • Enhance quality issue analysis utilizing 8D problem-solving methodology

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a comparable position, ideally within the industrial domain
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on teamwork
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work independently
