About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Analyst to join our Global Technology Risk Management (G-TRM) team at Natixis. As an assistant to the Information Systems Security and Technology Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, managing, and monitoring technology risks that impact our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate governance, risk management, and control strategies, frameworks, and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats and weaknesses in our technology infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT teams to determine the criticality of technology assets and provide independent oversight and challenge of their choices.
- Ensure that all activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, and report enterprise-wide technology risks to senior management.
- Provide training, tools, and advice to stakeholders to promote a strong risk management culture.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in technology risk management and information security. You should have a higher education degree and at least 3 years of experience in a related field. You should also have a certification in a relevant field such as ISO, CISM, or CISSP.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of governance and technical aspects of data classification, data protection, cybersecurity, access management, information management systems, and security events (SIEM) and incident management.
- Experience with banking regulations and management of outsourcing projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders and senior management.
- Fluency in English with a B2 level.
