Job Overview:
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and precision of our manufacturing processes. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining the high standards that Fed Engineering is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional assessments utilizing traditional measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Oversee visual inspections and manage surface treatment operations.
- Conduct quality evaluations of incoming components along with the necessary documentation.
- Administer the management of measurement and testing equipment.
- Compile control reports and issue certificates of compliance.
- Execute audits to verify adherence to established quality protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in dimensional assessment and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Educational background of Bac or Bac+2.
- Familiarity with Excel and manufacturing software is essential.
