Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong track record in achieving sales objectives and maintaining client relationships within a consultative sales framework, particularly in the realm of HR technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of six years of experience in sales targeting large or strategic clients. This role involves collaborating with local teams to craft and execute sales and marketing strategies, positioning oneself as a key ally to the local business.
Utilizing a blend of client engagement skills and expertise in talent assessment, the successful candidate will foster customer relationships and uncover new avenues for revenue enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute business development strategies within the designated territory to attract and secure new clients.
- Establish and nurture a robust pipeline of potential clients while continuously engaging with existing customers.
- Oversee major client accounts, ensuring effective and professional relationships through diligent CRM practices and transparent communication.
- Create strategic account plans to pinpoint growth prospects and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
