Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ASO Manager to join our team and drive organic revenue growth for our portfolio of Hybridcasual and Casual games. As an ASO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive ASO strategies, maintaining productive relationships with Google and Apple store representatives, and monitoring performance metrics to refine strategies continually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive competitive organic revenue for our portfolio of Hybridcasual and Casual games
  • Develop and implement comprehensive ASO strategies, including keyword optimization and featuring
  • Maintain productive relationships with Google and Apple store representatives and negotiate promotional placements
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies continually, with a strong focus on organic ratios, conversion rates, and ratings
  • Improve overall performance of our campaigns by working closely with User Acquisition teams and collaborating with Product teams to align on upcoming features
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of ASO experience with gaming publishers or agencies, ideally working on Hybridcasual or Casual games
  • Significant track record with at least 2 top-performing games
  • Proven experience working with Google Play and iOS stores
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, AppTweak, and Sensor Tower
  • Autonomy and proactivity, with the ability to take initiative
  • Fluent in English
