Join NXP Semiconductors, a global leader in the development of advanced microcontroller and microprocessor related projects, as a Technical Program Manager. As a member of our global, highly-experienced team in R&D, you will drive the planning and execution of complex projects that contribute to our product portfolio with over four billion USD in annual revenue.
Your Responsibilities:- Deliver SoC Program development, schedule, and costs KPIs from architectural definition through post-silicon validation.
- Demonstrate strong IP and SoC design acumen and proficiency to synthesize complex multi-dimensional project risks, proactively identify mitigation actions, and implement timely resolutions.
- Track and measure project success KPIs and provide on-time reports.
- Establish successful relations with internal and external partners to identify and address software and hardware interdependencies to SoC design.
- Cultivate and promote strong team collaboration and 'Total Quality/first time right' execution mindset across global cross-functional SoC core team and stakeholders.
- BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- 10-15 years experience as a successful Program Management success in preferably leading complexity SoC Designs and Analog IPs.
- 5 years design experience in SoC projects or Analog IP would be a plus (e.g. SoC Architecture, IP, RTL through Physical Implementation, Verification/Validation).
- Intrinsic curiosity to find innovative ways to improve business processes and increase efficiency in ways of working.
- Must have MS Project and/or SciForma or other Product and Portfolio Management Tool experience.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills in program management and operational excellence.
- Must be an experienced communicator able to articulate in a concise and effective manner from core teams up to EVP levels.
- Ability to motivate and influence others, sustain high energy and can-do attitude to navigate through project difficulties.
- Demonstrate commitment to deliver on execution goals and objectives – results and attention to detail oriented.
- Experience in a highly matrixed organization is a must.
- PMI/PMP certification – preferred.
