Your Role: Insurance Studies Officer
As an Insurance Studies Officer, you will play a vital role in optimizing business processes and driving continuous improvement within Mutex. You will leverage your analytical skills to gather data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Develop and refine business processes, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate insightful reports and dashboards to track operational performance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Analyze contractual and regulatory requirements, implement necessary changes in client management procedures, and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, propose innovative solutions, and drive the implementation of best practices.
- Contract Management: Contribute to the establishment and negotiation of medical delegation agreements and contracts between Mutex and its partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively participate in cross-functional projects, leveraging your expertise to contribute to the success of company initiatives.
Your Profile:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for process improvement. You possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Economics or Insurance, coupled with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills, demonstrating your ability to gather, interpret, and present complex information effectively.
- Strong autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience in project management methodologies (Green Belt certification is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables) and familiarity with Power BI would be advantageous.
