Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Backend Developer with expertise in Python to join our team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems using Python and related technologies. You'll work closely with our engineering team to develop innovative solutions for our energy management platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems using Python and related technologies
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to develop innovative solutions for our energy management platform
  • Work on complex technical problems and provide solutions that meet our high standards
  • Contribute to the development of our technology stack and ensure it aligns with our company goals
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Python development
  • Expertise in Django or equivalent web frameworks
  • Strong understanding of domain modeling and HTTP/REST APIs
  • Experience with Celery and async processing
  • Postgres experience
  • Fluency in Dutch or Flemish, and at least a B2 level in English
