Job Description:
  • Analyze machining directives and component specifications
  • Configure cutting instruments, position and secure components, and fine-tune machining settings
  • Prepare raw materials, initiate production runs, and oversee operational processes
  • Conduct visual and dimensional assessments, recognizing and resolving discrepancies in products
  • Carry out deburring, tool swaps, and basic upkeep of machinery
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and participate in production discussions
  • Work in shifts or night teams, with opportunities for long-term assignments and potential permanent roles
Profile Requirements:
  • Preferred Qualification: Vocational or Technical Degree in Machining
  • Experience: At least 1 year in an industrial setting
  • Proficient in interpreting technical documentation, schematics, CNC programming, tool calibration, deburring, and dimensional analysis
  • Familiarity with MAZATROL and HEIDENHAIN programming systems is advantageous
  • Detail-oriented, committed to safety and procedural compliance, with a methodical and diplomatic work ethic
