Job Summary
Veepee is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Coordinator to join our HR Talent Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and following up on learning and training initiatives across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Talent Development team to plan, organize, and evaluate training programs for employees across all countries.
- Manage the global training calendar and communication templates to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives.
- Participate in talent side projects, such as global onboarding, to support the growth and development of employees.
- Be the primary point of contact for training logistics and administration in France, including VPLog and VPCom.
- Create purchase requests for safety trainings and internal Veepee tools in the OPCO platform.
- Develop reports on training activities in France, aligned with legal requirements and CSE reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with L&D providers and OPCO to ensure high-quality training solutions.
Requirements
- Excellent English skills (B2 level mandatory) and ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment.
- Rigorous and autonomous with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Client-oriented, flexible, and solution-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with Learning admin tools (a plus).
- Knowledge of French legal requirements on learning (a plus).
- Alignment with Veepee's group behaviors, including teamwork, passion, and results-oriented mindset.
