About the Job
We are looking for a UI Designer Design System with at least 4 years of experience. In addition to your skills and experience as a UI Designer, we are looking for someone who shares our Guiz culture: someone who values teamwork, agility, and exchange.
Key Responsibilities
As a UI Designer Design System, you will accompany our clients (large accounts and startups) in the design of user experiences and the creation of their digital interfaces. Your main missions will be:
- Managing the Design System library: creating new components with their variations and accompanying product teams in the integration of these elements into their product library
- Accompanying product teams to better understand the challenges and objectives of the Design System (acculturation)
- Collaborating with developers to ensure technical feasibility
- Participating actively in the implementation of the Design System
- Documenting Design System elements
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a strong background in UI Design and experience in Design Systems. You should have:
- Significant experience as a UI Designer Design System
- Excellent knowledge of UI design methods on Figma
- Good knowledge of the App environment (iOS and Android)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
- Understanding and use of Design Tokens
- Ability to lead change: identifying areas for improvement in the organization and processes to increase performance
- Fluent English (not just franglish)
