We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at Banque Populaire Rives de Paris as a Commercial Real Estate Sector Portfolio Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the real estate sector by providing tailored financing, investment, and service solutions
- Contribute to enhancing the reputation of Banque Populaire Rives de Paris and its affiliated banks through exceptional client service and expertise
- Facilitate connections among key players in the real estate market to drive business growth and opportunities
- Identify and pursue strategic business development initiatives to expand our presence in the real estate sector
Key Objectives:
- Optimize existing client relationships and acquire new clients through targeted marketing and outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market and its trends to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to ensure the bank remains a leader in the real estate sector
Risk Management:
- Analyze and mitigate corporate counterparty risks to ensure the bank's assets are protected
- Evaluate and negotiate financial risks and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Oversee the implementation of financing agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead projects related to external growth financing and strategic partnerships
Brand Awareness:
- Participate in industry events and conferences to establish the bank's presence and expertise in the real estate sector
- Expand our network and build relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate market
Profile:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Desire for challenges and career advancement, with a passion for the real estate sector
- Minimum Bachelor's degree and relevant professional experience in the banking or real estate industry
- Knowledge of corporate finance, structured financing, and real estate market trends
- Proficiency in banking and real estate environments, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in relevant software and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
