Key Responsibilities:
- Aligns local financial strategies by establishing and detailing objectives and initiatives.
- Manages monthly and annual closing processes, along with the associated reporting requirements.
- Develops the Annual Operating Plan, overseeing budget variances, Key Performance Indicators, and coordinating enhancement projects.
- Directs the investment planning process and conducts Investment Evaluation Analysis.
- Ensures adherence to legal and financial regulations.
- Oversees the Controlling framework of the site or legal entity, contributing to the creation of tools designed to enhance financial precision.
- Coordinates and supervises compliance with all legal and internal standards related to Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Exemplifies leadership in accordance with Freudenberg's Guiding Principles and Code of Conduct, while nurturing employee development, driving Talent Acquisition and Management initiatives, and promoting a proactive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred or equivalent years of experience.
Specified years of industry-related experience.

Proficient English language skills preferred.
