Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our global IT department and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support
    • Assist users with technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely manner.
    • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping
    • Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, software licenses, and user accounts.
    • Document procedures and solutions for common technical issues.
  • User Training
    • Provide basic training to users on how to use IT systems effectively.
    • Assist with the development of training materials and resources.
  • Security Management
    • Assist with the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar IT support role.
  • F&B experience appreciated.
  • Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
