Industrial Quality Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Quality Manager to join our team at CRIT EXPERTS ET CADRES NORMANDIE. As a key member of our production site, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of approximately 5 employees in the metallurgy sector, overseeing the implementation of the quality system and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage internal projects, maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, and conduct customer satisfaction analyses.
- Monitor supplier quality, lead improvement projects, conduct audits, and provide regular reports to management.
- Facilitate quality meetings and promote awareness among site employees to optimize best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in quality management or a related field.
- Significant managerial experience in an industrial setting, preferably in high-volume manufacturing.
- Fluency in English.
