Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Accelerator to join our IT & Digital function, which contributes to the Group's differentiation power for competitiveness and growth. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enabling a data-driven culture within ENGIE entities.
Key Responsibilities- Support entities in assessing their compliance with Group data policy and building a data strategy tailored to their needs.
- Coordinate data strategy activities, ensuring effective communication between data stakeholders and promoting a data-driven culture.
- Animate the data community, ensuring the continuity of acculturation and deploying the Group's data analytics ecosystem and capabilities.
- Support Data Project Managers in managing data initiatives, helping business actors to identify data use cases, prioritize them, and facilitate communication.
- Work with entities to understand their needs and agree on the scope of each data project.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in analytics functions, with a deep understanding of data management.
- Experience deploying data strategy is preferred, as well as ability to communicate clearly and effectively with business and technological stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, logic, innovation, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Dataiku, Databricks, Collibra, and AWS is a plus.
