About the Role:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting process for our Engineering hires. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Organizing all facets of a candidate's interview process, ensuring a seamless experience from scheduling to offer letters.
- Ensuring timely communication throughout the full process, building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Managing interviewer training programs, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Collaborating with the recruiting team to improve processes and current practices, driving growth and efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for a highly organized, attentive, and communicative individual who can effectively convey their thoughts and ideas through writing and speaking. Previous experience with recruiting tools or in a coordination role is a plus.
