About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Reservation Agent to join our team. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accurate administrative follow-up of reservations to support the reception team in check-in and billing operations
  • Transforming information requests into reservation proposals as opportunities arise
  • Presenting and proposing the hotel's loyalty program and/or group program to clients, adapting your arguments according to the client
  • Handling client objections with tailored arguments and forwarding those you cannot respond to to your supervisor
  • Processing reservations while respecting the identified steps by the brand
  • Accurately and rigorously recording reservations
  • Ensuring the transmission of information to relevant parties
  • Confirming reservations and maintaining high-quality written communication
  • Providing tailored responses to client needs, considering available accommodation options
  • Informing clients about hotel services and encouraging their use
  • Familiarizing yourself with the hotel's geographical and competitive environment
  • Being flexible and available to support the reception team as needed
