About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Sekurit France. As a key member of our Central Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the Product & Service portfolio strategy, analyzing emerging market needs, and ensuring the successful introduction of our innovative solutions into the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Intelligence and Research
    • Define priorities for market research and establish objectives for such research, working closely with the Market Intelligence Manager.
    • Monitor product lines with the help of the Market Intelligence Manager, analyzing customer needs and the competitive landscape.
  • Innovation Roadmap and New Business Models
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, functions, and specifications for new products.
    • Define use cases and value propositions, identify unique selling points, and build business cases with target costing.
    • Select pilot customers for market introduction of innovative solutions and propose entering into the building phase for innovation programs.
  • Product and Service Strategy Implementation
    • Define product and service strategy.
    • Ensure customer needs are fulfilled during the building phase through close collaboration with Product Engineering & Program Management.
    • Prepare market launch plans for new products and upgrades to optimize time to market.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Customer Engagement
    • Gather and share knowledge through various communication channels, inspiring and empowering regional teams to be more impactful in the market.
    • Support regional Marketing and Sales teams for key customer events and new product introduction.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Experience
    • Knowledge in marketing, value proposition, product strategy, and market analysis.
    • Knowledge of the automotive market and customer's organization, specifications, and RFQ process.
    • Good technical knowledge of Sekurit's technologies, products, and processes.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strategic thinking and project management skills.
    • Team management and communication skills.
    • Negotiation and solutions provider skills.
