Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Software Support Consultant to join our team. As a Software Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and partners, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to our technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients and partners via phone, email, and other communication channels
