As part of our portfolio, the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS) is used by IHG and other prominent customers.


Your Key Responsibilities


As a Senior Product Manager at Amadeus, you will lead and support a team focused on enhancing and evolving the Amadeus Central Reservation System platform. Your role will involve driving product strategy, defining and delivering customer-centric solutions, and collaborating across functions to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.


Product Strategy & Roadmap Planning



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy, incorporating stakeholder and customer input to drive business impact.
  • Source and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and customers to inform product development.
  • Conduct customer research to enhance customer satisfaction and inform product features.

Product Development



  • Oversee the creation of business requirements for product development, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to drive technical projects and prioritize features effectively.
  • Communicate the product vision and ensure alignment with development efforts.

Product Management Organization



  • Lead and manage a global team of product managers, providing guidance and motivation.
  • Build a cohesive product management organization, focusing on common goals and day-to-day execution.

About Our Ideal Candidate



  • At least 10 years of experience in a multinational management or product area, with product management and hotel industry experience.
  • Experience in team and product management.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Proficient knowledge of the hospitality industry, including providers, travel agencies, technology, trends, and strategy.
  • Excellent knowledge of the hotel distribution landscape and concepts, including Central Reservation Systems and Property Management Systems.
  • Professional proficiency in English and French.
