Our client is a regional logistics platform operating a large network of stores in the DIY and gardening sectors.

In the context of a replacement, we are looking for a:

Product Launch Manager (H/F)

Full-time position - Located near Cognac (16)

Reporting to the Marketing Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and updating product ranges. You will ensure the smooth implementation of products and their availability in stores, while managing relationships with associated suppliers.

In this context, your missions will be:

  • Design and manage product ranges in collaboration with networks, ensuring liaison between national strategy and local networks;
  • Oversee the complete update of National Assortment Plans (PAN), including performance analysis, product data updates, presentation to stores, and coordination with support services and suppliers to optimize in-store ranges;
  • Analyze the regional market and study consumer needs;
  • Organize and deploy commercial operations;
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics services.

Possible occasional travel (trade shows, stores, central purchasing office).

You hold a higher education degree and have a successful experience in a similar position in marketing and/or product management.

You are comfortable analyzing numbers, mastering commercial calculations, and identifying market trends. Nothing escapes you.

Your rigor and organizational skills are your main assets, as managing multiple projects simultaneously is part of your daily routine.

You have excellent communication skills, and what motivates you most is succeeding as a team.
