Onclusive is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ESG Sustainability Specialist to join our team on a 6-12 month internship. As an ESG Sustainability Specialist, you will play a key role in helping us update and develop our Environment Social Governance (ESG) framework, work on compliance documentation, reporting and standards as well as participate actively in internal awareness initiatives.

Job Overview

You will work closely with the ESG coordinator of the company as well as with all relevant stakeholders in, among others, Human Resources, IT, and Finance. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ESG and sustainability while contributing to the growth and success of Onclusive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and participate in the execution of the ESG roadmap,
  • Manage the process of collecting employee, environmental, and other operational data from respective departments,
  • Support in preparing ESG performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders,
  • Help the company's managers systematize the process of measuring and managing impact,
  • Help the company identify and implement new sustainability initiatives in, among others, Environment, Purchasing, Human Resources, and Social questions.
  • Assist with preparation of reports, standards and processes,
  • Participate in our efforts to update existing certifications or get new ones,
  • Participate actively in the internal recruitment of internal teammates who will volunteer to participate to this initiative,
  • Build and gather eLearning content and promote deliverables to ensure internal adoption and external awareness,
  • Organise and manage internal awareness campaigns and trainings,
  • Maintain great collaboration & alignment with management and other Compliance stakeholders in the company,
  • Conduct research on emerging ESG trends, best practices and regulatory changes,
  • Assist in benchmarking against industry standards and competitors ESG performance,
  • Contribute to the design of other compliance initiatives related to ethics, data privacy and security.
Requirements
  • Keen interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and Compliance globally,
  • Experienced or skilled in ESG / Compliance questions,
  • Ideally in a degree program related to sustainability,
  • Strong data analysis skills in spreadsheets and other specialized software (Looker Studio)
  • Superior written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
