About the Role:

FINAIA, a renowned financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial recovery team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer debt, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and analyze customer accounts to identify potential issues and develop strategies for resolution.
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective debt recovery strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on debt recovery progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve debt recovery processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business.
• Proven experience in debt recovery, collections, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
