Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Projects Manager (M/F) to reinforce our team in sectorization and fire safety activities within the nuclear industry. This role is crucial for contributing to significant transformations in a family-oriented group committed to delivering essential resources such as energy, health, water, food, and safety while maintaining respect for the planet and its workforce.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines through effective scheduling and milestone tracking.
- Monitor, consolidate, and control project costs to maintain budget compliance.
- Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess project success.
- Plan and allocate necessary resources and skills for project execution.
- Engage in commercial negotiations and manage project contracts, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks that may affect project outcomes, communicating these to management.
- Define and procure the material resources essential for project completion.
- Analyze client specifications and prepare technical documentation.
- Oversee project progress and financial health.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a technical background at a Bac+5 level, with 8 to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the nuclear domain. We are looking for an innovative and independent individual who is precise, methodical, and equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
