We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at SOPHiA GENETICS. As a key member of our corporate office in Bidart, France, you will play a critical role in overseeing the contract lifecycle process, ensuring seamless collaboration, negotiation, and execution of contracts and legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, collaborate, negotiate, and execute contracts and legal documents
- Coordinate the signing process and ensure proper filing of legal documents
- Manage the legal management database, keeping it up to date with corporate, contracts, and IP information
- Direct exposure to commercial contract negotiation and management
- Full fluency in English (written and spoken)
