Salary Information

Job Summary

">We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining high standards of merchandise presentation and stock levels
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Assisting with visual merchandising and window displays
  • Supporting the Store Manager in the recruitment and training of new staff members
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in a retail management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
