Expeditors International est à la recherche d'un Agent de Réseau GNS pour son bureau de Lyon.
Responsabilités
- Assurer un flux de processus de fret fluide et en temps opportun
- Entrer avec précision et en temps opportun les données dans notre système opérationnel
- Optimiser la planification des itinéraires et l'utilisation des camions
- Assurer une facturation précise et en temps opportun des clients et des fournisseurs
- Interagir avec nos clients (intérieurs et extérieurs) pour organiser leurs expéditions GNS, répondre aux normes de service client
- Contribuer à maintenir une bonne relation avec les fournisseurs
- Respecter les normes de conformité à toutes les réglementations internes et externes en conformité avec les réglementations gouvernementales
- Comprendre le flux de processus du département et rechercher les meilleures pratiques pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et la productivité
- Assurer que toutes les procédures opérationnelles standard sont en place et mises à jour dans les DLSOPs
- Respecter les normes de KPI conformément aux procédures de la Société
- Communication en temps opportun
- Escalade des problèmes vers la direction lorsque nécessaire
- Proposer la conformité en suivant avec diligence toutes les politiques et réglementations de la société et en effectuant les tâches avec une intégrité et un orgueil exceptionnels
- Adhérer aux 10 attributs culturels de la société : Apparence, Attitude, Confiance, Curiosité, Excellence, Intégrité, Orgueil, Résolu, Sens de l'humour et Visionnaire
Qualifications
- 6 mois à 1 an d'expérience liée
- Connaissance des politiques et procédures d'Expeditors
- Connaissance réglementaire locale de base pour la conformité
- Connaissance de l'industrie logistique mondiale
- Certification de matières dangereuses (souhaitée)
- Organisation proactive, compétences fortes
- Compétences en informatique de base (Excel, Word)
- Fluence en anglais
- Compétences interpersonnelles efficaces, y compris des capacités prouvées pour écouter, comprendre, communiquer clairement et concisément pour obtenir des résultats positifs
- Attitude positive et prête à aider
