Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with research and development, development, marketing, business, data, and operations teams to grasp the objectives and vision of project stakeholders.
  • Balance long-term architectural vision with immediate project goals.
  • Design the architecture of a scalable, high-performance microservices solution that integrates with various systems and technologies.
  • Develop SQL and Java-based solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all architectural artifacts.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in IT-related fields (BSc/BTech or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a solutions architect role.
  • Familiarity with containerized environments (Openshift/Kubernetes/Docker) is advantageous.

Personal Attributes and Skills

  • Extensive experience in architecture.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles.
  • Proficiency in Openshift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Experience with integration via REST, SOAP, and messaging platforms (e.g., IBM MQ).
  • Solid database and SQL Server expertise.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins.
  • Understanding of marketing technology, next-best-action strategies, and nudges is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to explore innovative approaches.
  • Strong focus on achieving business outcomes.
