We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Director to join our team at Air Liquide Healthcare. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of evidence generation, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines while optimizing operational effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have at least 8-10 years of work experience in healthcare/Life science in a managing position. They will possess strong knowledge of the drug and medical device pharmaceutical industry and its corresponding regulations.
A key responsibility of this role is to lead a team of two clinical project managers and one regulatory & compliance lead. The Director will provide guidance to the team, maintain and develop their expertise, engage and coach people to success, and drive a culture of performance.
