Key Objectives
We're seeking an apprentice International Talent & Learning Coordinator to join our Division Talent & Development team. As a key member of our HR services team, you'll play a crucial role in fostering employee talent and development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of our Talent Development and Learning roadmap, aligning with our company's strategic objectives.
- Support the design and implementation of HR projects worldwide, collaborating with HR professionals and managers to drive business results.
- Assist in the annual HR processes, including Performance Review and Talent Review, to ensure seamless execution and data-driven decision-making.
- Deploy the Learning roadmap and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Requirements
- A successful internship experience in HR, demonstrating your ability to contribute to a dynamic team.
- Curiosity and a passion for learning, driving your desire to grow and develop in your role.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent organization and priority management skills, ensuring timely delivery of projects and tasks.
- A high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Strong team spirit, fostering collaboration and open communication across departments and regions.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.
