At Integrated Commercialization, LLC, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise warehouse associates to ensure efficient and accurate processing of shipments, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Oversee the receipt and processing of merchandise, including verifying accuracy and maintaining daily logs.
- Manage the counting, weighing, and identification of items being shipped, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
- Supervise the filling of orders, double-checking and shipping controlled substances, and maintain accurate records of the delivery process.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of merchandise to customers.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of packing and protecting breakable items to ensure satisfactory delivery to customers.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate records, including inventory levels, shipments, and customer orders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- At least two years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office.
