Position: Workshop Supervisor in a Beauty Company
  • Oversee a team of 35 personnel to achieve safety, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Organize and plan production schedules effectively.
  • Facilitate the introduction of new products while ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and maintain production KPIs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate the setup of equipment and streamline production workflows.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for production enhancement and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of a technical qualification, with experience in the cosmetics, chemistry, or pharmaceutical sectors, alongside a demonstrated history of leading continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership capabilities and a keen interest in technical operations are vital for excelling in this position.

Our client, a global leader in consumer goods within the cosmetics industry, is in search of a Workshop Supervisor for a 2x8 shift.
