We are seeking a talented Brand Marketing Lead to join our team in France. As a key member of our Brand Organization, you will be responsible for bringing our global brand strategy to life in France and ensuring its consistent execution across all customer touchpoints. You will be the voice of our French customers, driving customer understanding and informing our communications, product, and experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing our brand campaign masterplan for France, partnering with our integrated Brand Media team for excellence in execution and maximum brand impact.
  • Driving customer insights and putting them into action to inform our brand strategy and marketing plans.
  • Ensuring consistency and holisticity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Staying up-to-date on competitive landscape and market trends to inform future strategy and plans.
  • Planning and measuring brand analytics KPIs to steer the course of action and iterate fast for maximum impact.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in Brand Management, with a strong background in brand strategy and marketing operations in France.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a clear understanding of KPIs and how they drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • A healthy balance between brand strategy, operational excellence, and the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Proven experience in growing a brand in the digital ecosystem, with a good understanding of KPIs and success factors across all channels.
  • Positive spirit, can-do attitude, and a willingness to test new ideas and scale if successful.
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience in travel or marketplace or consumer goods is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
