QSE Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled QSE (Quality, Safety, and Environment) specialist to join our team at VALOREM SAS. As a QSE engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of QSE policies and procedures across our construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct QSE audits and inspections on our construction sites in France and abroad.
• Maintain and deploy digital QSE tracking tools across various stakeholders.
• Based on site visits and stakeholder interactions, propose and implement QSE improvements in tools, methods, organization, documentation, and more.
• Animate QSE policy at VALOREM SAS among project engineers and site supervisors.
• On the Safety-Environment side:
  • Analyze risks, particularly through the unique document and in collaboration with project engineers for our construction parks.
  • Sensitize managers and operational staff to safety, particularly site supervisors.
  • Manage follow-up actions on events, analyze causes, and propose prevention solutions, delegated by the HSE manager.
  • Keep up-to-date Safety and Environment dashboards.
• On the Quality side:
  • Ensure homogeneity of Quality deliverables across various projects.
  • Take charge, upon request from the Quality department director, of updating and managing the QSE management system (revision and adaptation of procedures).
  • Under the supervision of the Quality manager, handle non-conformities, analyze all anomalies, and refer to operational data.
  • Propose improvement axes with involved teams and, after validation, accompany concerned services to ensure their implementation.

Requirements:

• Hold a Master's degree in QSE and have professional experience in the industry or construction sector.
• Operational English skills.
