Responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team in France. As a key member of our Presales Team, you will play a critical role in creating a vision for our customers and driving the adoption of our automation platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Articulating the value of Workato's products and services to prospective customers and business stakeholders
  • Developing and delivering custom product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to support the sales cycle
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evangelize our platform and approach, and drive technical sales stages to completion
  • Providing technical guidance and support to customers throughout the pre-sales lifecycle
  • Collecting feedback from the field and synthesizing it for product roadmap development
  • Representing the product to customers and at field events, such as conferences and seminars
  • Supporting marketing efforts with developer marketing and evangelism activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proven pre-sales experience in a SaaS/iPaaS organization
  • Hands-on experience with automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, enterprise messaging patterns, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, Bots, and Databases
  • Experience with cloud technologies, including iPaaS, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications, such as Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer value
