**Job Summary**

In the context of your alternance contract, you will spend 3 days at school and then every 15 days in the company.

The Group, a major logistics provider to major automobile manufacturers, has transported over 4,000,000 vehicles and performed 7,698,000 deliveries of automotive parts and components.

Main Missions:

  • Control and manage taxation of purchases and sales in VIA
  • Participate in the evolution of the ERP in the CAT LC for the management of purchases/sales
  • Analyze, simplify, and standardize the parameterization of tariffs in the ERP
  • Assist and respond to the requests of the DAF team during closing periods

Detailed Activities:

  • Participation in the evolution of the ERP CAT will be for:
  • The formalization of the processes of taxation of purchases/sales in VIA, including the prerequisites and the field of application
  • Participation and writing of the non-regression tests in the Finance tool in JIRA
  • Execution of these non-regression tests during the monthly deliveries of the provider
  • Improvement and standardization of the parameterization of tariffs in the ERP will require:
  • Analyzing the existing tariffs, prioritizing the Iberian region
  • Proposing simplifications
  • Defining standards for tariff parameterization
  • Writing the processes for parameterization once the standards are defined
  • Assistance to the DAF team in its production activity, particularly during closing periods, will be done by:
  • Estimating the gravity and frequency of dysfunctions
  • Searching and analyzing the causes
  • Reproducing the anomalies in the test environment
  • Proposing solutions for short and long term

Your Profile:

  • You are preparing a BAC+4 or 5 in Management and Finance in alternance at the MBway Bordeaux school
  • You master office tools (Pack Office)
  • You have a good level of English (C1) and a good level of Spanish would be a plus

Required Qualities for the Position:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Rigour, dynamism, proposal force, and analytical spirit
  • Knowledge of management and notions of accounting

Admission Conditions:

  • Selection based on the candidate's file to be sent by email with the requested attachments, online tests, and motivation interview
  • You must be admitted to the MBway Bordeaux school for the Management and Finance in alternance program
