Description of the Position

Cerba HealthCare, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team in Mantes-la-Jolie, France.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Medical Laboratory Technician to work in our laboratory in Mantes-la-Jolie. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Accommodating and caring for patients in the laboratory, verifying their identity and collecting clinical information to prepare for analysis.
  • Providing patients with information on the procedure, timelines, and result retrieval methods.
  • Performing blood collections in a safe and hygienic manner, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field (Bac+2/Bac+3).
  • A valid AFGSU 2 certificate.
  • A certificate in blood collection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Conditions

The primary language of communication is French, with some English spoken.
