Product Lifecycle Management Consultant Senior

Adone Conseil, a leading management consulting firm in the luxury and retail sectors, is seeking a Product Lifecycle Management Consultant Senior to join our team in Paris, Geneva, or Milan.

As a Product Lifecycle Management Consultant Senior, you will be responsible for accompanying our clients' development and industrialization teams in their digital transformation journey. You will identify the key challenges and objectives of implementing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and lead the selection of the right tool, managing relationships with the vendor and potential partners.

You will also animate project meetings, workshops, and committees to specify the solution with project stakeholders, organize and follow up on functional recipes, and train future users during deployment and drive change throughout the project.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in PLM, engineering, or a related field. You should have a solid understanding of business processes, a strong affinity for products, and excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify the key challenges and objectives of implementing PLM
  • Lead the selection of the right tool and manage relationships with the vendor and potential partners
  • Animate project meetings, workshops, and committees to specify the solution with project stakeholders
  • Organize and follow up on functional recipes
  • Train future users during deployment and drive change throughout the project

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in PLM, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of business processes and a strong affinity for products
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in French
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
