The Role
Worldline is seeking an apprentice for the position of Junior Innovation Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating collaborative workshops with our clients and partners, as well as coordinating various events involving all stakeholders within the organization.
We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about technology and innovation. You should be well-organized and thrive in an international setting, possessing a strong team spirit and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Your contributions will include participating in the organization of events at Worldline's Innovation & Experience Centre.
Our objectives are:
To provide an immersive and adaptable environment for our clients, partners, and stakeholders, blending real and virtual experiences. To demonstrate the value of innovation by developing a digital ecosystem around Worldline's offerings, utilizing content available within the Centre and accessible from various devices.Within the IEC team and in collaboration with marketing, communication, and solutions teams, your role encompasses three main areas:
1/ Innovation Project Management
Addressing customer inquiries and needs. Designing workshops tailored to specific business requirements. Organizing, hosting, moderating, and overseeing workshops within the IEC.2/ Experimental Project Management
Identifying customer needs and defining solutions with appropriate technologies. Establishing the roadmap for the Centre's development. Monitoring implementation and progress. Conducting integrations and validating experiences with internal stakeholders.3/ Operations Management of the IEC
Considering customer requests and scheduling events at the Centre. Leading and coordinating preparations prior to events. Welcoming, moderating, supervising, and supporting events.Who We Are Looking For

A degree in Commerce, specializing in project management, innovation management, or international business. Previous experience in a business environment. Proficiency in both French and English. Independence and strong problem-solving abilities. A keen understanding of customer needs. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
